Hellas Telecommunications (Luxembourg) II SCA (‘Hellas II’) v Apax Partners LLP & Ors – a significant claim under section 423 of the Insolvency Act 1986 arising out of a complex refinancing of a group of companies which operated one of the largest mobile telephone networks in Greece.
