Building facilities

Situated in leafy Lincolns Inn, our iconic central London premises are a short journey to all major London Courts. Our newly refurbished client suite offer nine specialist conferencing rooms each in large, air-conditioned, naturally lit rooms of varying sizes. We can accommodate up to 16 people boardroom style and our catering department can offer food and refreshments as required. Our rooms are well equipped for multi-party round tables, mediations, arbitrations and hearings; our friendly staff are happy to discuss any specific meeting requirements that you may have. Our private building and facilities are unavailable to hire but are free of charge to all clients instructing Essex Court barristers.

Audio video conferencing

All of our conferencing rooms use a state-of-the-art, multi-platform video and audio conferencing system. We can host international conferencing for multiple parties as well as provide break-out room facilities where necessary. All rooms have WiFi, USB sockets and mobile device sharing. The video conferencing system uses Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Blue Jeans and Polycon, and we can facilitate other platforms if necessary.

Disabled facilities

Our conferencing facilities can be accessible for wheelchair users and we have ground floor disabled and unisex toilet facilities within the conference area. We can also arrange for meetings away from our London office if necessary. It will be helpful for us to know in advance if you or your clients have any specific requirements in order that we can ensure that we provide you with the best possible service.
