International work

Members of Chambers regularly appear, advise on and act in disputes around the world, including in Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, both in arbitration and in court proceedings.

In the Indian Sub-Continent Asia Pacific region, Members have appeared on ad hoc admissions in the Hong Kong Court of Appeal, Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal, the Singapore High Court and Court of Appeal, Brunei, Seychelles, Mauritius and in Australia. Members have appeared as counsel in both institutional and ad hoc arbitration in Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, India, China, Brunei, Mauritius, Pakistan, Malaysia, Philippines and Australia. Members have worked together with and been instructed by a very wide range of local and international practices in each of these jurisdictions. In a number of cases Members have also successfully worked together in teams with counsel from Hong Kong and consequently those Members have developed good working relationships with local counsel.

Members regularly appear before Courts in Gibraltar, the Isle of Man, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands and the Eastern Caribbean, either as registered advocates or by way of ad hoc admissions.

Members also appear regularly before the DIFC Court.
