The Bar Council is pleased to be organising the second UK-China Arbitration Summit in January 2021, following the successful inaugural Summit in June 2019.
This unique event will bring together leading practitioners from the UK and China to discuss the latest developments and trends in international arbitration in an Anglo-Chinese context. It will also promote legal links and business between practitioners from both countries.
The conference is aimed at senior representatives from leading chambers, law firms and arbitral institutions from both China and the UK.
Join Jern-Fei Ng QC on Wednesday’s panel discussing “Recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards: the view from China and the UK” and Iain Quirk on Thursday’s panel discussing “What parties to arbitration want from arbitrators, and what arbitrators want from the parties.”
