State Immunity in the English Courts: Practice and Principles

Questions of state immunity continue to arise frequently in disputes before the English courts, be it in the commercial context or other fields, such as high-profile recent claims for hacking of personal devices or harassment. Alongside Lady Arden as guest speaker, Professor Dan Sarooshi KC, Jessica Wells and Peter Webster will discuss key recent developments.
