The trial of the next stage of proceedings in ENRC’s claims against Dechert, Mr Gerrard, and the SFO begins today in the Commercial Court (the Phase 1A Trial). The Phase 1A Trial, which is listed for two weeks, will address certain issues of causation, loss, and contribution following the Phase 1 Trial and Phase 1 Judgment. The Phase 1 Trial was one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2021.
