Essex Court Chambers won two awards at last night’s Chambers and Partners Bar Awards 2008. These awards are the result of extensive and detailed research over the last 12 months and are the leading awards recognising outstanding barristers and sets in the UK. This year’s success again reflects the continuing success and growth of Essex Court Chambers, whose members are recognised for the depth and breadth of their expertise and for their appreciation of the importance of sound client and case management.

For the fourth year running Essex Court Chambers and its members went home with the International Arbitration Set of the Year Award. In addition, David Foxton QC, picked up the Silk award in this specialist category.

Members of Chambers had also been nominated for awards in Commercial Litigation, Insurance and Tax.
