1 October, 2014

The ECC-SAL International Mooting Competition 2015, co-organised by the members of Essex Court Chambers and the Singapore Academy of Law, presents an ideal opportunity for young lawyers to showcase and hone their skills as advocates. Following three successful editions of the competition since 2012, the contest this year is open to young advocates from Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore.

The competition is open to lawyers and legal service officers who have been qualified for practice for no more than three years as of 1 January 2015. Teams can consist of mooters from the same or different law firms and organisations, with each participating firm or organisation asked to submit no more than two teams.
