Stephen Houseman QC joins a distinguished panel for a webinar entitled “Arbitration in Litigation: First Hand Experiences at the SICC” on Monday 6 September 2021. The panel comprises senior local and regional practitioners as well as two Registered Foreign Lawyers in practice at the commercial bar in London. The webinar will discuss aspects of the process and practice of the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) which is renowned for its innovative procedural regime, having attracted the “Arbitration in Litigation” label since its inception, including some comparative insights into dispute resolution of commercial and business disputes around the world. The webinar forms part of the Singapore Convention Week 2021.
