Essex Court Chambers’ Richard Hoyle and Lucas Bastin participated in The Legal 500’s first Junior Bar Roundtable, entitled ‘Shaping the Future of the Bar’, alongside members of a variety of other Chambers. The Roundtable touched upon important issues for the junior bar, including the key attributes of modern-day barristers, how the Bar may change in the future, the impact of technology on the profession, diversity and wellbeing concerns, and marketing.
