Recognition of Foreign President, Foreign Act of State and The ‘One Voice’ Doctrine in The English Court of Appeal

The Court of Appeal (Males, Phillips, Lewison LJJ) on Monday handed down judgment in The “Maduro Board” of the Central Bank of Venezuela v. The “Guaidó Board” of the Central Bank of Venezuela [2020] EWCA Civ 1249.
