As a part of the celebrations to mark the 800th anniversary of the Magna Carta, the Centre for Commercial Law Studies is hosting a seminar on “UK Supreme Court Decisions on Private and Commercial Law: The role of Public Policy and Public Interest” on Friday 4 December at the Supreme Court.

The conference aims to review the most important judgments of the UK Supreme Court decisions on Commercial and Private Law.

Paul McGrath QC will be speaking at a session covering corporate and contract law, and Professor Dan Sarooshi will be joining the panel for the session “The role of State and the doctrine of State Immunity in respect of commercial activities”.
