On 23 February 2021, Jane Russell gave evidence, on behalf of the Employment Law Bar Association, to the Justice Select Committee of the House of Commons.
The evidence Jane gave focused on the issue of court capacity generally and in the light of the pandemic, as part of the parliamentary inquiry looking at the capacity of the court system and how it can address delays to cases being heard.
