Members of Essex Court Chambers are delighted to announce that Jacky Chase, Essex Court Chambers Operations Manager, has been shortlisted for the Unsung Hero Award at the Women in Law Awards 2020.
The Women in Law Awards showcase the achievements and innovations of women across all areas of legal practice and help shape the discussion around how diversity can be improved by highlighting forward-thinking initiatives, firms and individuals. They also recognise non-practising roles in law firms, in-house teams and across the industry as a whole.
The Unsung Hero Award is awarded to someone her colleagues regard as indispensable to the business, but whose hard work often goes unnoticed. This could be championing a person or idea, rescuing a failing project, or going the extra mile to help others. Jacky was nominated for this award by her colleagues at 25 Bedford Row where she worked for 22 year before joining Essex Court Chambers and was responsible for the successful management of multiple initiatives and projects for members of chambers and staff.
