Jane Russell with Katie Mahoney from Doyle Clayton have featured in the June edition of the ELA Briefing.

Their article considers the High Court decision in Infederation, which ruled on an application for a confidentiality ring and provided a reminder that solicitors should not necessarily be satisfied by their client’s view that open inspection of a document should be restricted on grounds of confidentiality.
