Iain Quirk KC gave evidence today at the House of Lords Special Public Bill Committee on the Arbitration Bill, in his capacity as Deputy Chair of ICC UK. Iain gave evidence on the proposals regarding the law governing the arbitration agreement and challenges to the jurisdiction of a tribunal under s.67 of the Arbitration Act 1996.
