Iain undertakes a significant amount of public law and human rights work. He also specialises in employment law, commercial litigation, and media & entertainment.
Iain joins other Essex Court Chambers members Paul Key and Sam Wordsworth on the “C” panel and Tim Eicke and Hugh Mercer who are ‘A’ Panellists.
The Attorney General maintains four panels of Junior Counsel to undertake civil and European Community work for all government departments, plus a number of specialist Standing Counsel posts. There are three London Panels (A Panel for senior juniors, B Panel for middle juniors and C Panel for junior juniors) and a provincial panel.
