Iain Quirk appointed to Attorney General’s ‘B’ Panel

Essex Court Chambers is pleased to announce that barrister Iain Quirk has been appointed to the Attorney General’s ‘B’ Panel of Junior Counsel  to the Crown.  The appointment is for 5 years, commencing 1st March 2012.

Iain has a broad based practice which includes international arbitration, commercial litigation, employment law, administration and public law, competition, energy and media & entertainment. Iain was previously a member of the ‘C’ panel. Sam Wordsworth of Essex Court Chambers has been an ‘A’ Panellist since 2011 and Ed Brown of Essex Court Chambers a ‘C’ Panellist since 2010.

The Attorney General maintains four panels of junior counsel to undertake civil and EC work for all Government Departments.
