ED&F Man v Hussain – First DIFC injunction application to enforce post-termination restraints

David Craig QC and Edward Brown appeared in the DIFC Court of First Instance in the first urgent application to enforce post-termination restraints.  The claim arose in a dispute between international commodities trader, ED&F Man with one of its traders and a competitor. All Defendants have given undertakings over to a trial in the DIFC later this year.
