The ECC-SAL International Mooting Competition, co-organised by members of Essex Court Chambers and the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL), presents an ideal opportunity for young lawyers around the world to showcase and hone their skills as advocates.
Applications are currently open for this year’s competition, which will take place between 6 and 111 January 2023, with the final taking place on 11 January 2023.
Lawyers and legal service officers who have been qualified for practice for no more than three years are welcome to participate. Registration closes on 31 October 2022 or when a total of 32 teams have been registered for the Competition, whichever is earlier.
The winning team will be offered an all expenses paid two-week internship at Essex Court Chambers.
