Demi began her clerking career at Essex Court Chambers in August 2021 and progressed from Junior Clerk to her current position as Team Leader’s Assistant in January 2022. Demi works alongside Jack Wood and Jac Sexton, clerking the Senior Junior members of chambers.

Demi received Student of the Year 2022, after successful completion of the IBC Introduction to Business Management Course, accredited by the CMI.
