Professional practice
Brian Dye has broad based commercial practice, principally in the High Court (QBD, Commercial Court, Chancery Division and Companies Court) and in arbitrations. He has also been involved in numerous cases relating to parties in Indonesia. Prior to be being called to the Bar he had a career in banking: 1979-1989 Vice President (Goldman Sachs & Co); Executive Director (Goldman Sachs International Ltd); Managing Director (Goldman Sachs Government Securities Ltd). Registered representative on LIFFE, the Chicago Board of Trade, the IMM and the New York Stock Exchange.
