In September 2021 Azerbaijan and Armenia instituted separate proceedings against one another before the International Court of Justice, the claims are brought pursuant to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and are being heard as Armenia v. Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan v. Armenia.
On 7 December, the Court issued Orders pursuant to two provisional measures applications in those cases. The terms of the Orders can be found on the website of the Court.
