Members of Essex Court Chambers are attending the 11th Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery Conference in Geneva, from 16-17 March 2017.
The programme sees Europe’s leading civil fraud litigation specialists come together to debate topics including; pressures and threats in fraud litigation (including the impact of Brexit), the 1MDB Scandal, the European Account Preservation Order and cyber-fraud security.
Day 2 of the conference will include a talk by David Scorey QC on non-lawyer client privilege, giving a comparative view on what is necessary to protect claims from disclosure of their communications when sharing information to non-lawyer internal and third parties.
