David Scorey of Essex Court Chambers co-hosted two book launch receptions for “The Bermuda Form – Interpretation and Dispute Resolution of Excess Liability Insurance,” which is published by Oxford University Press.
The event was shared with co-authors Richard Geddes of Sedgwick LLP and Chris Harris of Clyde & Co LLP. They were held in Bermuda on November 30 at The Royal Bermuda Yacht Club and December 1 at the offices of Clyde & Co New York. Both events were well attended by insurance industry professionals and lawyers for the industry.
