Toby Landau QC has been elected a member of the Court of the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration). The appointment will take effect from August and run for five years.
The LCIA Court is comprised of 35 members from all over the world, selected to provide and maintain a balance of leading arbitrators and practitioners in international arbitration. The LCIA Court is the final authority for the proper application of the LCIA Rules. Its principal functions are appointing tribunals, determining challenges to arbitrators, and controlling costs.
