Richard Siberry QC joins the Arbitrators at 24 Lincoln’s Inn Fields

After 43 years as counsel at Essex Court Chambers (and previously at 4 Essex Court), Richard Siberry QC has recently retired from practice at the Bar,  and now practices full-time as an arbitrator at 24 Lincoln’s Inn Fields. Richard was called to the Bar in 1974, taking Silk in 1989. He has had a high profile career encompassing many aspects of commercial litigation and arbitration.

Within the last few years, Richard has increasingly sat as arbitrator in many major arbitrations involving a range of commercial and financial sectors such as: oil and gas and other energy-related disputes, shipping, telecommunications, satellite and other technology disputes, insurance, and banking.

Richard said, “I am pleased now to be able to focus exclusively on my practice as an arbitrator, which has increasingly come to dominate my career over the last few years – and to join my many illustrious colleagues as one of the arbitrators at 24 Lincoln’s Inn Fields”.
