Jane Russell has been selected to join an expert panel at the Employment Lawyers Association Annual Lecture, who will examine “Brexit and the Changing Political Landscape: The implications for employment law, employment lawyers and their clients”. Taking place on 20 October 2016, the topics covered will consider what clients and businesses are saying about the legal ramifications of unravelling 40 years of jurisprudence, how employment lawyers are responding and the direction of travel for employment regulation under the new Government.
This follows a recent two week visit to the Court of Justice in which she worked with AG Eleanor Sharpston QC in her cabinet.
