Iain Quirk KC has been appointed to the CI-MAC roster of arbitrators and to the Legal Services Panel for the Government of the Virgin Islands.
Iain specialises in international arbitration, and parallel court and arbitration proceedings, with an emphasis on energy & natural resources, fraud, shareholder disputes and banking & finance, including crypto disputes.
He acts as arbitrator in ICC, LCIA and SCC cases, and is called to the Bar of the BVI where he also been appointed to the BVI IAC roster of arbitrators.
