Join us for this upcoming evening seminar “International Law in European and Domestic Courts” taking place on Monday 23rd October, hosted by members of Essex Court Chambers.
International law plays an increasingly important role in the European and English courts, giving rise to a steady flow of decisions on important, complex and sensitive issues. But the relationship is not always straightforward.
In this panel session, we are delighted to be joined by guest speakers Tim Eicke and Professor Marko Milanovic, who will, together with Alison Macdonald KC and Gretta Schumacher, explore this topic from a range of perspectives.
The event will take place in person in the Parliament Chamber at the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. Registration will start at 5.30pm. The lecture will take place at 6pm, followed by a reception from 7pm.
If you are interested in attending, please RSVP for details: events@essexcourt.com
In person attendance is limited and will be allocated on a first-come basis.
