Ollie began his career as a clerk in 2012 and joined Essex Court Chambers in 2013. As Team Leader, his role encompasses all aspects of practice management for a team of Senior KCs. His key responsibilities include work allocation, business development (both domestically and internationally) and fee negotiation. He is assisted by Samantha Wright.

Ollie works closely with Joe Ferrigno and the Team Leaders on the strategic development and management of Chambers.
