Demi began her clerking career at Essex Court Chambers in August 2021. Demi works alongside Jack Wood and Jac Sexton, clerking the Senior Junior members of chambers.

Demi received Student of the Year 2022, after successful completion of the IBC Introduction to Business Management Course, accredited by the CMI, and has since completed the IBC Advanced Business Management Course. Demi has moreover obtained a first-class certification in the Women’s Leadership Development Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
