David Banks began his clerking career at Essex Court Chambers in August 2004. David’s role is focused towards allocation of work, fee negotiation and listing arrangements. David works closely with Ben Perry and Adam Moyler and is responsible for clerking the Junior KC’s and Public International Law team.
