His Majesty The King, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor following consideration by the independent King’s Counsel Appointments (KCA) Selection Panel, has today announced the results of the latest King’s Counsel appointments.
Essex Court Chambers is delighted to announce that Amy Sander has been appointed as King’s Counsel, as part of the new Silk appointments published on 23 January 2026.
This appointment recognises Amy’s exceptional advocacy, expertise and standing at the Bar. Everyone at Essex Court Chambers warmly congratulates Amy on this well deserved achievement.
Amy will be formally sworn in as King’s Counsel at a ceremony before the Lord Chancellor at Westminster Hall on Monday, 23 March 2026.
