The Supreme Court handed down its Judgment today in this landmark constitutional case relating to BREXIT. The Supreme Court’s central finding by an 8 to 3 majority was that the UK Government cannot give notice to withdraw the UK from the EU without authorisation by an Act of Parliament.
Professor Dan Sarooshi represented the lead claimant (Mrs Gina Miller) as part of the Counsel team led by Lord David Pannick QC.
Professor Sarooshi was instructed in the case by James Libson and Rob Murray of Mischon de Reya LLP.
