Join David Scorey QC this Wednesday 17th June at 5pm for a lecture hosted by Lincoln’s Inn European Law Group that will discuss ‘State Aid in Challenging Times’.
David will be joined by Professor Suzanne Rab from Serle Court Chambers and James Rivett QC from Pump Court Tax Chambers.
The panel will consider the challenges presented by COVID-19 to the EU State aid regime, the future of subsidy control in the UK post-Brexit and the role of the CMA and the interplay between State aid and future free trade agreements.
