Aggregation in Court of Appeal

John Lockey QC, instructed by Mayer Brown and leading Ben Lynch of Fountain Court and Peter Morcos of 4 New Square, acted for AIG in its successful appeal to the Court of Appeal in the case of AIG Europe Ltd v OC320301 LLP [2016] EWCA Civ 367. This is the first case to consider the aggregation clause applicable to all solicitors’ professional indemnity policies.
