Chambers operates a Complaints Procedure, in accordance with the Code of Conduct as set out in Part 2 of the Bar Standard Board Handbook, published in the Bar Standards Board website. Complaints are taken very seriously and will be dealt with in accordance with the Complaints Procedure by the senior clerk or, where appropriate, a senior member of Chambers’ Complaints Panel.
