Essex Court Chambers is delighted to announce the next event in the collaborative programme of events directed at issues of diversity in recruitment to the commercial Bar. Together with Brick Court Chambers, Fountain Court Chambers and One Essex Court, we are hosting an event in Cambridge on 11 February under the headline, “A career as a commercial barrister: a great choice for women”. Women from all four sets will give short presentations about their working lives and work/life balance, and students will have an opportunity to network with barristers. This follows our very successful first event in Oxford last year, and a further event is planned for London in March (details to follow).
All – men and women, law and non-law students – are welcome.
